Change Management Academy - novice org-change education

Few managers have had any formal training in org-change practices. They often only know what they experienced themselves, which is often more “what not to do” than what to do. Yet, change is becoming a necessity for survival in our VUCA world. To overcome this knowledge gap, a pilot test is launching as Facebook and LinkedIn Groups with training resources pulled in as necessary to meet the needs of those involved. (Since LinkedIn launched "New Groups" it is uncertain which platform will be best, so consider this a test.)
